How to Cancel EOS Gym Membership
Do you want to cancel your EOS gym membership because you changed your mind or you shifted to another place? Whatever the reason, That’s fine. This article will help you do that in a few minutes. It will tell you what you need to EOS fitness without what requires. Just read on and follow the steps.
What is EOS Fitness?
EOS Fitness gyms welcome all fitness levels. Whether you’re a pro athlete or just starting out, EOS provides high quality amenities to help you reach your goals. Feel at home while taking your workout to the next level.

EOS Gym Membership Cancellation Overview
To cancel your EOS gym membership, you’ll need to provide 30 days notice. This allows you to use the gym for the final month that you’ve paid for.
You can cancel via:
- In person at your gym
- Via website
- Over the phone
- Through email
- By physical mail
Cancellation is free but you may have to pay a small admin fee of around $10-15 depending on your location.
Once you cancel, your membership will remain active for 30 days before termination. You’ll be billed once more on your regular billing date and have access for that final month.
Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel EOS Gym Membership
Cancel in Person
The easiest way to cancel is to go to your gym and speak to the front desk staff. Here’s how it works:
- Go to your EOS gym during staffed hours
- Tell the front desk you want to cancel your membership
- Provide your name, membership number, and cancellation date
- Sign any cancellation paperwork if required
- Get email/written confirmation of your cancellation

The contact form cannot be used for the freeze or cancellation of your membership so Visit nearest EOS Gym.
Cancel by Phone
You can also cancel your EOS membership over the phone:
- Find your gym’s phone number on the EOS website or I will provide you all the phone numbers with location. Just search your location to find your nearest EOS gym.
- Call your gym and select the membership cancellation option
- Provide your membership details like agreement number.
- Confirm cancellation date and terms
- Request email confirmation if needed
